ChatGPT Automation Privacy Policy

ChatGPT Automation (ChatGPT Batch Automation) is a Chrome extension by Extino that operates on ChatGPT (chatgpt.com). It is designed to run in your own browser, on your own accounts. We built it so that your content stays on your device: we do not collect, sell, or share your personal data, browsing history, or generated content.

• Prompts you upload as .txt files — queued in your browser's local storage and typed into ChatGPT on your behalf
• Job queue state and per-prompt progress — stored locally so an interrupted run can be resumed or retried
• Your account and subscription status — checked against the Extino license server to unlock PRO features

None of this content is transmitted to Extino servers, with the single exception of license validation noted above — the license check sends only your license key, never your prompts, files or browsing data.

• Local storage — keeps your settings, queue and progress on this device
• Tab access — lets the extension find and work in the chatgpt.com and configs.kylenguyen.me tab
• Background service worker — keeps a long batch running while you use other tabs
• Side panel — shows the extension beside the page instead of covering it
• Active tab — acts only on the tab you are currently using
• Downloads — saves generated files to your computer
• Navigation events — detects when chatgpt.com and configs.kylenguyen.me finishes loading so automation starts at the right moment
• Identity — signs you in to your Extino account to validate your licence
• Alarms — schedules timers, pacing delays and break intervals
• Access to chatgpt.com — required to read the page and drive it on your behalf
• Access to configs.kylenguyen.me — required to read the page and drive it on your behalf
• Access to api.extino.net — used only to sign in and check your licence

• Sell or rent your data to anyone, for any reason
• Track your browsing outside the pages the extension operates on
• Upload your prompts, files, screenshots or generated content to our servers
• Use your data to train AI models

ChatGPT Automation automates or extends ChatGPT (chatgpt.com), which is operated by a third party under its own terms of service and privacy policy. Your use of that platform is governed by its policies; you are responsible for complying with its terms. Extino is not affiliated with Midjourney, Ideogram, Meta or Google.

Because your data lives in your browser's local storage, you can remove all of it at any time by uninstalling the extension or clearing its storage from Chrome's extension settings. License records are retained while your license is active and can be deleted on request.

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date on this page. Material changes will be announced in the extension's changelog before they take effect.
