Flow Automation Privacy Policy
Effective August 3, 2026 · applies to the Flow Automation browser extension
Overview
Flow Automation (Google Labs Flow Automation) is a Chrome extension by Extino that operates on Google Labs Flow (labs.google/fx/tools/flow). It is designed to run in your own browser, on your own accounts. We built it so that your content stays on your device: we do not collect, sell, or share your personal data, browsing history, or generated content.
Data the extension handles
- Prompts you upload as .txt/.csv or paste into the queue — held in your browser to drive generations
- Task queue state, per-task model and settings — stored locally so a long batch can resume where it stopped
- Your license status — validated against the Extino license server
None of this content is transmitted to Extino servers, with the single exception of license validation noted above — the license check sends only your license key, never your prompts, files or browsing data.
Browser permissions and why they are needed
- Active tab — acts only on the tab you are currently using
- Local storage — keeps your settings, queue and progress on this device
- Side panel — shows the extension beside the page instead of covering it
- Tab access — lets the extension find and work in the labs.google, googleusercontent.com and googlevideo.com tab
- Script injection — runs the extension’s own code on labs.google, googleusercontent.com and googlevideo.com to drive the interface
- Downloads — saves generated files to your computer
- Alarms — schedules timers, pacing delays and break intervals
- Offscreen document — processes audio or images without opening a visible window
- Extended local storage — allows large queues and batch history to be kept on your device
- Identity — signs you in to your Extino account to validate your licence
- Navigation events — detects when labs.google, googleusercontent.com and googlevideo.com finishes loading so automation starts at the right moment
- Access to labs.google — required to read the page and drive it on your behalf
- Access to googleusercontent.com — required to read the page and drive it on your behalf
- Access to googlevideo.com — required to read the page and drive it on your behalf
- Access to api.extino.net — used only to sign in and check your licence
What we never do
- Sell or rent your data to anyone, for any reason
- Track your browsing outside the pages the extension operates on
- Upload your prompts, files, screenshots or generated content to our servers
- Use your data to train AI models
Third-party platforms
Flow Automation automates or extends Google Labs Flow (labs.google/fx/tools/flow), which is operated by a third party under its own terms of service and privacy policy. Your use of that platform is governed by its policies; you are responsible for complying with its terms. Extino is not affiliated with Midjourney, Ideogram, Meta or Google.
Data retention and deletion
Because your data lives in your browser's local storage, you can remove all of it at any time by uninstalling the extension or clearing its storage from Chrome's extension settings. License records are retained while your license is active and can be deleted on request.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date on this page. Material changes will be announced in the extension's changelog before they take effect.
