OneBuddy Privacy Policy

OneBuddy (All-in-one Extension) is a Chrome extension by Extino that operates on your browser (all OneBuddy tools run locally). It is designed to run in your own browser, on your own accounts. We built it so that your content stays on your device: we do not collect, sell, or share your personal data, browsing history, or generated content.

• Notes, clipboard history, habits, bookmarks and settings — stored only in your browser's local storage
• Screenshots and recordings — saved to a local gallery on your device; nothing is uploaded
• Google Calendar data — read only if you connect it, used solely to display your events
• Your license key (paid plans) — sent to our license server only to validate your purchase

None of this content is transmitted to Extino servers, with the single exception of license validation noted above — the license check sends only your license key, never your prompts, files or browsing data.

• Alarms — schedules timers, pacing delays and break intervals
• Local storage — keeps your settings, queue and progress on this device
• Tab access — lets the extension find and work in the any site you visit tab
• Script injection — runs the extension’s own code on any site you visit to drive the interface
• Identity — signs you in to your Extino account to validate your licence
• Side panel — shows the extension beside the page instead of covering it
• Context menu — adds the extension’s right-click actions
• Offscreen document — processes audio or images without opening a visible window
• Bookmarks — reads and organises your bookmarks inside the extension
• Screen capture — records a tab or screen when you start a recording
• Tab capture — records the current tab when you start a recording
• Active tab — acts only on the tab you are currently using
• Access to any site you visit — required because the blocking, capture and reminder features work on whatever page you are on

• Sell or rent your data to anyone, for any reason
• Track your browsing outside the pages the extension operates on
• Upload your prompts, files, screenshots or generated content to our servers
• Use your data to train AI models

OneBuddy automates or extends your browser (all OneBuddy tools run locally), which is operated by a third party under its own terms of service and privacy policy. Your use of that platform is governed by its policies; you are responsible for complying with its terms. Extino is not affiliated with Midjourney, Ideogram, Meta or Google.

Because your data lives in your browser's local storage, you can remove all of it at any time by uninstalling the extension or clearing its storage from Chrome's extension settings. License records are retained while your license is active and can be deleted on request.

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date on this page. Material changes will be announced in the extension's changelog before they take effect.
